At the first floor, the main door of access looks onto an entrance room of 32m2 which overhangs a stay opened of 87m2, cathedral ceiling, whose height under ceiling varies of 3 metres for the central part, to 6 metres on both sides.
This main room is encircled on 18 metres long and 6 metres high, of plate glass windows among which four slide, two on 1,40 metres, two on 2,80 metres, offering a space of life exceptionally brilliant and opened on the nature.
These outside accesses allow to reach a terrace of 120m2 in wood.
To the right, architect's designed fireplace with opened foyer faces a sofa seven places in L, in roots of Hyacinth, in the middle of which thrones a magnificent exotic table of 2,25m2.
In the middle of the stay is a white pool table, by Chevillotte.
To the left, a bar separates the stay of the open kitchen. This bar, which has the particularity to be built in blue pavements, gets clearer by transparency in pink and blue thanks to several neon. The top of the bar, rounded off as the fireplace, is in light gray Surel, a material solid and very easy to maintain. A helm is supported by around tube in stainless steel.
