Hidden behind an electric gate covered with natural Brande, we discover it after having crossed a driveway lined with Chamérops palmtrees. A headway of the roof covering approximately 60m2 allows to park four cars there. By going back up towards the rez de chaussée, a car-port commands the access to the kitchen but also to a workshop of 45m2 and to the lingerie of 6m2.
Its buried basement decomposes into several rooms among which two completely tiled showrooms. The first one of 60m2 is squared. It is completely equipped with custom-made display shelves on its circumference, and can get three or four cars.
Other showroom of 80m2 is oblong and its walls are covered with white lath. It allows to present up to six cars.
Following this room, we find a cellar of 60m2 including the boiler room and the wine cellar. This cellar is delivered with shelves and allows to reach a double garage of 38m2 of which the outside access is made by two automatics garage doors.
