The kitchen opened on the main room articulates around a central
working space, also in Surel, receiving a double sink with crusher,
an accommodation for the dish-washer, a space garbage can and
several wall cupboards and drawers.
Behind the bar, we find a big work plan also in Surel, with
a sink simple tub and on the right, a piece of furniture built
for, hides a small
special refrigirator on which a filler supplies
fraich wine rosé and water.
This model style art déco is chromed. A lava glass overhangs
the refrigirator. To feed this, a bottle of Aligal in the basement,
puts in pressure two barrels of 20 liters out of stainless.
The stainless cooker, with fires gas and electric furnaces of
Ilve brand is overhung by an extrator hood of 1,50 meters long,
of the same brand.
A storeroom of 6 m2, equipped with racks,
reduce the kitchen. On right-hand side of the storeroom, a special
housing receives a refrigerator with double door.
